[Rigf_program] Future meeting schedule

I'll be at the ICANN meeting, probably not free much on Monday and
Tuesday, otherwise will have times free on most days.

How can we use the meeting to advertise the call for
contributions/participation?

Posters? A BoF?

And how to get a mention at the high level ministerial meeting on
Monday <http://beijing46.icann.org/node/37269> (no information on
that page as yet)

And Cheryl, Izumi: possible to add a minute or two to the APRALO
showcase or roundtable on Monday 8th?

Adam
