[Rigf_program] Website suggestions please

Hello Yannis, 

When visiting http://www.aprigf.asia/ it is easy to see only the page header and assume that there is no information available about the Seoul event.  It is not clear that you need to scroll down to see detailed information.

Please could the web designer improve this - e.g. by compressing or removing the header image so that links can be seen.  (i.e. this image: http://www.aprigf.asia/images/hero_bg.png)

In general I really would like the designer to pay more attention to usability of the website. It is our main avenue of promotion, and it could really be improved.
