[Rigf_program] Details for conference call Friday

thank you for the meeting announcement.
i would like to propose to focus on the workshop proposal evaluation (and
program);

1. selection of the proposals  - when?
       notify the proposers.
2. conditional selection of the proposals - when?
       notify the proposers to improve the proposal by the deadline, july ?

       remark:  many proposals are without confirmation of the panelists,
preferably from
                     multiple countries and with multi-stakeholders

3. initial draft program - when?
       we need to come up with the initial draft program very soon in july,
before
       we finalize the program sometime in august.

4. invitation letters to speakers
       we need to send the invitation letter to speakers, preferably 2~3
months in advance
       since many speakers need a few months to do their paper work.

we need to assign people to the above and other tasks unless paul/chair
will do with yannis/secretariat.
