1. Brief review of the venue in Seoul

- Noted main hall and breakout rooms available

- Actual allocation of rooms will be based on final program

- At this point there should be flexibility for rooms

- Secretariat and Host continue to have regular meetings on logistics

 

2. Discussion of Draft OP & MSG

- deferred to face-to-face meeting at AP* Retreat (during APRICOT Singapore)

 

3. Meeting in Singapore

- Secretariat to make conference facilities available for remote participation

 

4. Mailing lists

- Secretariat to send out composition of 2 main mailing lists being used:

            - discuss at ap.rigf.asia

            - program at ap.rigf.asia

 

5. RFP for Local Hosts

- Proposed for adoption by Cheryl

- No objections received on the call

- Agreed to send document for last call on mailing list

- Agreed also to send to prospective hosts
