[Rigf_program] Starting 2013 with a few questions

hello everyone,

if we think about setting up a finalised MSG and also learning from other
experiences, maybe we can think about open consultations to get comments
and feedback regarding themes, workshops formats etc, that will help a lot
in particular about transparency and accountability and enhance the
participation of the community.
