will you ask 2013 aprigf host(kisa/kiga) to post the revised proposal
including

   - budget (as you mentioned)
   - local arrangement (hotels, transportation,..)
        * need correct prices of hotels
        * transportation from BOTH airports
   - local arrangement (committee) chair
     (assuming paul is in charge of bth organizing
      and program as MSG Chair)

i strongly recommend aprigf to archive the final
approved proposal every year.
