[Rigf_program] Draft of APrIGF RFP for Hosts & Timeline

Hi all,

The RFP is progressing nicely.

I have made a number of grammatical corrections and a bit of extra 
explanation on some items, included in the attached as a Marked-Up Word 
document.

I think we could probably provide some indications of a range of the 
likely costs (based on a rolling average of the past events?) as a guide 
for the local host.

The document could also do with a spell-check. I have corrected some in 
the attached, but I can't use the spell checker as the document is set 
up using "American English", which is not a language set that I use in 
my Word version.
