As discussed in the meeting just now, please find attached the RFP prepared for Call For Local Host of 2014.

Below are the proposed deadlines. Let's have a comment period among the PC by the end of April.

Call for proposals: May 8 Monday
Deadline: July 10 Wednesday
Preliminary decisions/discussions: Aug 16 Friday
Decision: Sep 6 Friday

P.S. Summary of today's meeting will be circulated in another thread.
