Apologies for the tardy response. Just returned from a place with 466 kbs broadband.

Yes, the plan is to report to the IGF based on the reports sent. That is the one Obata-san and I (mostly him to his credit) worked on.

My earlier email was a query as to whether the IGF wanted a formal response from us as a group. From Izumi's reply, I take it that the report would suffice for the most part. Then at the meeting, others may chime in.
