[Rigf_program] Draft report of APrIGF

Dear APrIGF supporters and secretariat,

   I worked with Kimura-san and Ang Peng Hwa to finalize the report of 
the last APrIGF meeting in Tokyo.

   I think we can put this version on the web site and to send this to 
oversea sponsors, all speakers and moderators.  May I ask Yannis to send 
this to these people.  Please be noted that JAIPA is already reporting 
to domestic sponsors by using a Japanese version so that it might not 
necessary to provide this English version.
   I think that we do not need to write down credits to the people in 
the report who have supported us but if there is any request to do so, I 
am happy to accomodate.  Please provide such comments before the 
document is shared by the public.

   Thank you very much for the support by the people who contributed in 
preparing the report.
