No worries. Do whichever you are comfortable with.

Thanks for doing it.

Will send out a doodle for the meeting.

On CFP (I usually use RFP :-P but I see why "C") Yannis and I will compile something for consideration.

I agree with Edmon that we should do a conference call before Baku.

At this stage, I would say that Keith's ideas that we need to have a discussion around the two sub-committees are sound.

- Sub committee 1 - Meeting hosting procedures
- Sub committee 2 - MSG composition and appointments

Edmon,
Between APrIGF 1 and 2, we had some requirements drawn up. Now with APrIGF 3, we should more or less have a final document on the requirements. I feel that is the heart of the issue. The additional requirements for announcing CFP would be relatively easier to execute. Perhaps you might suggest what these would be as dotAsia would be the Secretariat.

Izumi,
You had been the one giving several good suggestions re the MSG. Perhaps you might share your ideas. Bulleted points would be good enough.

Regards,
Peng Hwa

But we have to have a draft procedure and agenda for the conference call, any comment?
