[Rigf_program] Meeting in Baku

Dear all,

See you at 12.30pm today.

FYI, I have asked Qusai Al-Shatti to join us and share experiences in organising the Arab IGF. I'm not sure that the timing will work for him, but I hope he can made it (cc).

My hope for this meeting is to agree on refinement of our procedures for the selection of the MSG, for site/host bidding and selection, and for general operations of the APrIGF. We have some documents to start with, and just need to set a deadline for finalising those, and for the next steps. Of course, these things do not need to be perfect, they can be improved from year to year.

But I do think we need to establish the MSG for 2013 and make agreements on the host selection process.

See you all soon,

Paul.
