[Rigf_program] Further topic for the Tokyo agenda

Folks,

It seems I am becoming The Root. :)

Because we are civil society (aka Grassroot), we are in this together. We are planning the programme over both the list and the conference calls because email lists are not so good for "negotiation" and where we need instant feedback. But email lists enables a wider reach.

In any event, we have until May 24.

Hi, if most people believe that the list be the primary discussion
forum, we may not organize conference calls, in which few participated
anyway.  Calls are time consuming.
