[Rigf_secretariat] [Rigf_program] Qs on Program Framework + Call for Participation

Hi Izumi san et al, 

Thank you very much for all your hard work on the program framework, as well as the call for participation.  After it's finalized, I will be sharing the Call with our counterparts.  

I am sorry that I could not joint the first two conference calls.  I have tried to comprehend ongoing e-mail discussion within this listserv.  But, I have a few questions below if Izumi-san or other friends could help answer.  I just wanted to understand things better before I go further on preparation with my colleagues & our regional partners.     

1. I am not sure how much the updated version of Program Framework Izumi-san shared was closer to final.  But, I understood from our earlier communication that for this year's APrIGF, we are following the 2012 global IGF themes for our program framework, so that we can link more smoothly with the global IGF in November, or?  If so, would we be having those themes as plenary in our program framework, and other themes as sessions (A1, B1 etc.)? In the latest version Izumi-san sent today, if I am not mistaken, we do not have global IGF themes like, Access & Diversity, and Taking Stock and Way Forward, or? 

2. Could someone share with me description of what constitutes Hosting Organizations and Supporting Organizations? I am not sure if I saw one on the APrIGF website. 

3. And the second worksheet in the Excel file (Program Framework) Izumi-san sent us, is for?
