Hi all.

I have accepted the changes of Adam's draft and incorporated the bulleted
points in Izumi's draft.

Also, the name of the file is shortened. The acronym CFP is probably a
good contraction because it sounds akin to "Call for Papers" or "Call for
Proposals" that we are familiar with.

Note that I have put the deadline as midnight of Thursday May 24 as I am
anticipating a conference call on Friday May 25.

May I suggest that we let the document "sit" for one day and then send it
out the end of the work day May 8?

You are technically right that the correct title should be "to shape" the
APrIGF.

I have not changed the title though because it is also not wrong to use
the title because a call for papers is also a call to shape a conference.
Given that "common error", it is better to go with the common
understanding. Also, our call for participation is also a call for
attendance.
