Thank you all who participated in the conf call just finished.

Contrary to what I said during the call, I now change my mind -
to publish Call for Participation is better than Call for Proposal.

I mean, we need to issue the sort of "official announcement"
as soon as possible, not only aiming for recruiting sessions/
speakers, but also inviting organizations to join the event.

I mean, as we discussed, reaching ISOC, ISOC Pacific, ICANN, auDA.  We
need to issue the invitation with this document, and it would look
nice if we have the same content on the web.

Does it make sense? Hope so.
