Hi,
I don't think we have excluded ANYthing so far.
The current one is only a draft, and we plan to send out an open call
for paper/presentation shortly, that will accept as many proposals,
and then close and make final program.

So there is very good possibility to include the history session.

Final decision will/should be made around the end of May, not now.
