[Rigf_secretariat] [Rigf_program] Steps forward for Program Committee?

Hello Program Committee colleagues, 

I am writing to see how we want to proceed w drafting agenda in run up to APrIGF in July.  Shall we also agree on timeline for next coming 3 months? 

As shared in the discuss list before, I would like us to eventually get secretariat/organizer help in posting the draft online for comments from wider audience.
