Have we invited anyone from Azerbaijan?  Either to attend in person, perhaps give a short intro to the Baku IGF during the opening, or as last year to send a 2-3 minute video message.

We can contact the hosts via the IGF Secretariat.

I'm happy to try and arrange via Chengetai and his team if all think this best.

Have we sent an invitation to the U.S. Govt?  Should we?
