[Rigf_program] Revised Program for Finalizing!

Dear Adam,

  I recall that we mentioned him but I do not recall why he was dropped
from the list.  I also don't know who Dr. Chinglai is?

  For B1, I can certainly ask the moderator to arrange in a way that they
represent Google by someone else.
