[Rigf_program] [5 July Thur 11am (UTC+8)] Next Teleconference and Updated Program

   I think I made a wrong request in the following message.  I think we 
need to put Mr.Drake as one of the people for the discussion part of the 
session but not the chair since we already have a coordinator and chair.
