[Rigf_program] Fwd: APrIGF Sponsorship

Dear Yannis,

   The full version in Japanese is intended for Japanese companies so I 
do not think it is worth to translate.  However, to access JPRS by dot 
Asia and JPNIC by possibly APNIC, I attached the full version in Japanese.
   I have a feeling that JPNIC is very negative in supporting IGF 
activities but rather they are watching it as their threat.  I think 
Paul may be able to help it out.
