[Rigf_program] AP Star meeting

Dear Hotta-san,

Yes that's the plan as agreed in India last time.

Currently the APrIGF secretariat is working on the venue which will probably be the same as APrIGF.

The tentative agenda would include a 40-minute session of APrIGF discussion which I believe we can make use of the time to let  some interested 2013 proposals to present.

Please let us know if you have any concerns..
