[Rigf_program] Latest Program Version (With Attachment!!)

Also have to thank the support from the local team JAIPA. =)

Here attached the most updated program in excel file for your easy reference.

Some points to note from last meeting:

About Sessions:
- Session C4 is now empty out due to the merge of B2 and C4 requested by Miwa
- Confirmed with Session B4, Waltraut the moderator will be present herself physically
- Opening Plenary to seek a MC (DotAsia will locate the person(s))
- Closing Plenary & Remarks: To invite session chairs to have a summary (Obata-san)
- Session C1 Impact of New gTLD - To confirm if Cheryl to be added to panel (Edmon)

Logistics:
- Welcome Reception to be changed to 18:30 (Obata-san)
- APrIGF 2013 CFP already send out. 
- Help invite KJ Park specially on 2013 proposals (Cheryl to find the transcript of APRALO)

We will have our meeting next Thursday July 12th (11:00 am UTC+8) to further finalize everything and talk about the proposals before AP* meeting.
