Dear Kuo Wu,

The hotel reservation is handled by local host JAIPA and Mr. Tateisan is reponsible for it.

Since they have an event this week off tokyo, their whole office is vacuumed.

I have already notify him about the requests. Yet will have to wait for him still as I do not have direct contact to the local arrangement.

Thank you very much.

Best Regards,

Yannis Li

Yanni,

Before we deal with the next meeting, could you confirm the hotel reservation for us (those request the hotel room to you)?

In my case, I will check in on 17th, and check out on 21st. Thanks.

Kuo Wu

> Globally, the Asia-Pacific region has emerged in recent years as the location of some of the largest Internet populations in the world, particularly in China, India and Indonesia, the first, second and fourth most populous countries on the planet - USA is the third. This growing online populations and the borderless nature of the Internet have triggered a lot of related issues such as the exhausting IP addresses and the potential extra-territorial impact of domestic legislative action which would have made Internet users world-wide vulnerable.

To complement and supplement the global IGF, it has already been the 3rd year of the APrIGF (Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum) for multi-stakeholders of the regional community to come together. Outcomes from this APrIGF will be presented at the 7th Global IGF to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, 6-9 November 2012. Information about past APrIGFs in Hong Kong (2010) and Singapore (2011) can be found on the Forum’s website: http://www.aprigf.asia/
