[Rigf_program] Meeting in Singapore

Dear YJ and all,

It is really important to set a date asap, we must be able to announce it before the end of 2012.

I suggest a strong preference for July - because it is consistent with previous years, and also because we should not go too close to the global IGF.

Let's avoid clashes with other major events as well. On the APNIC calendar we have the following dates already set:

9 - 19 June AfNOG 2013 Lusaka, Zambia
15 - 21 June AFRINIC 18 Lusaka, Zambia
18 - 21 June CommunicAsia 2013 Singapore, Singapore
24 - 29 June PacNOG 13 Suva, Fiji
8 - 10 July NetHui 2013 Wellington, New Zealand
14 - 19 July ICANN 47 Durban, South Africa
19 - 23 August APAN 36 Korea
20 - 30 August APNIC 36 Xi'an China

Thanks,

Paul.
